　　Scene One / 情景一

　　Lisa和James踏入旅馆准备登记住宿（check-in），没想到出师不利，遇到了麻烦。原来他们并没有事先订房（to book / reserve a room in advance），而碰巧的是，旅馆内所有房间都被订光了（be booked out）……

　　以下是James跟接待员之间的对话：

　　James: ……Excuse me.

　　詹姆士： ……对不起。

　　Receptionist: Yes. Good evening, sir. What can I do for you?

　　接待员： 嗯。晚上好，先生。我能为您效劳吗？

　　James: Good evening. I want...I mean I'd like a room for tonight. Do you have any vacancies?

　　詹姆士： 晚上好。我要……我是说，我想要订一间今晚的房间。你们有空房吗？

　　Receptionist: Oh, I'm terribly sorry, but we are all booked out.
